Everton Lewis (Partner at Impact Signal) speaks about the best practices for human-AI interaction (HAX) design. Many companies are incorporating new AI tools into their workflows. In these integrations, there are many challenges to using AI responsibly. Fortunately, there are a variety of well-researched guidelines to assist in the implementation and use of AI.
Everton has a deep background in design, including four years as a VP of Service Design, five years as owner of a service design consultancy, and a university lecturer on Human Centered Design.
He worked with the executive teams at companies including Moderna, Early Warning (Zelle P2P Payment Network), Bristol Myers Squibb, TELUS, RBC, and CIBC to launch new services.
Over the past 15 years, his project teams won several awards, including the Service Design Networks Global Award and Fast Company’s Innovation by Design Awards.
