The Rotman Business Design Club (student-led club) organized a case competition for Business Design and Analytics students on October 26, 2021. The challenge revolved around leveraging Machine Learning to optimize churn for a telecom company.
The teams consisting of both business design and analytic students were encouraged to move beyond the numbers/analytics and also embrace the human elements of this project.
